The WELS Quality Portal helps Early Learning for All (ELFA) programs manage quality improvement support in one place. Programs will use the portal to update site and classroom information, manage Quality Improvement Plans, register for trainings, and access coaching logs and resources.
All ELFA programs will already have a site profile in the WELS Quality Portal. Program staff and owners who have been verified as ELFA program staff and owners in the CA Registry will also have a profile.
To access the WELS Quality Portal, each person will need to create a login with your CA Registry number.
For multi-site agencies with staff who oversee multiple sites and do not have a CA Registry number please contact olivia.s.leung@sfgov.org
